Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Executive Aviation Malta Handling Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our handling services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
Client: The individual or entity utilizing our handling services.
Services: Ground handling, passenger services, cargo handling, fuelling, and related aviation support provided directly or subcontracted by Executive Aviation Malta.
Aircraft: The aircraft for which handling services are requested.
2. Scope of Services
We shall provide the handling services as specified in the service agreement or booking confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or refuse services that do not comply with applicable laws or safety standards.
3. Booking and Payment
All service requests must be confirmed in writing. Payment for services is due as per the agreed terms. Failure to settle payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
Ensure all necessary documentation are provided for permits to be obtained. Provide accurate information regarding aircraft and passengers. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
5. Liability and Insurance
We shall not be liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, security issues, or any acts of terrorism. The Client shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for their aircraft and passengers. Notwithstanding the above, the limit of liability referred to in sub-article 8.5 of the Main Agreement shall be USD 50,000 (Fifty Thousand US Dollars).
6. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations must be notified in writing within a specified notice period if any. Wherever applicable, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with our policy. Changes to scheduled services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information obtained during the provision of services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our branding, documentation, and procedures remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to the Client.
11. Acceptance
By engaging our services, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
